The 'gamma app link #1' opens in the gamma app and I think it is incumbent on gamma existing. It does have the gamma menu on the left which is a plus.
The 'PDF file #2' link is opening the PDF file that was exported from the gamma app. It is saved on your hosting site. There is no menu like the #1 link but it has all the pages listed on the left
